About us

The Fox and Hounds is a converting some of the ground floor private accommodation and tea room into the lounge bar. They also created the car park out of the pub’s private garden, which took the lottery out of parking in the rear yard.

The Fox & Hounds is built on a site that has been home to a pub for nearly many years, making it one of Wirral’s oldest pubs, and there seems to have been a pub or pubs in the village since at least the sixteenth century.
