Q. How long does the Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting last?
A. The vineyard tour and wine tasting last for one and a half hours. After the tour and tasting, you are stay for an extra glass or a chilled bottle of wine that you can purchase from the bar. If they have other tours and tastings run that day, they may politely ask you to move to a different table.
Q. Can I reschedule my booking?
A. They reschedule a reservation up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled event time. They can only be accepted via email at info@tinwoodestate.com, not over the phone. If it is within 48 hours before the event starts, they cannot reschedule a booking, and accept cancellations due to the reselling of tickets.
Q. What dietary requirements can you cater for?
A. They can cater for gluten-free, vegetarian, pescatarian and nut-free diets, and they can not cater for dairy-free or vegan for the Afternoon Tea and Wine Tasting experience.
